All the other builders in the area have spread their garbage far and wide. But I can say that we were visiting the building site a couple of times a week and we have a great foreman on site. Friends of ours also built around the same time with them and had no end of troubles but eventually everything got sorted out. We designed the house ourselves and Weeks quote was way more competitive than other companies.

Great builders
Lot of sweet talk about reputation etc but too many delays, cost escalating and all the supplier would have cost 25-30% less I had gone to them directly. Any volume builder / project home builder will be cutting corners everywhere. Build quality was okayish, but their warranty is worthless, IME. Just got ignored initially, then repeatedly put off with vague promises to inspect which never happened. Admittedly it was a decade after the place was built, but the structural warranty was for 25 years, now 50. Make sure your information is up to date.
Currently I'm trying to get final costings from Weeks but it's taking them forever to get this done. It's worrying if they are so slow even before I've signed final contracts I wonder how much slower they will go once and if I sign up. Am having similar experience right now in Adelaide SA with a build.

I've used these guys a few times without any major issues – only problems were a few kitchen variations which extended hand-over by a week or so. The repair person was intelligent and helpful. He was able to get the repair covered by the warranty without any issue. The final cost of the building was slightly over the estimated cost. We are very happy with the way that Devraj and Arjan handled the issues that we had during the construction as it was a very stressful time. Chris has done an amazing job on our house.

Covid meant no travel to the holiday home. Wayne Frank took over the management and had access to the best local tradesmen. The job was done faster and cheaper than budgeted and Wayne sent photos and film as the project moved ahead. I am absolutely delighted, Wayne is a legend. We didn't go through with the job in the end as my partner fell pregnant so we had to save a few $ and postpone the work. We unfortunately did and they were atrocious. Took 2.5 years to get issues like poor workmanship, water leaks, faulty appliances etc sorted out – and that took threats of legal action. Last but not the least I haven't heard any positive reviews for Fairmont homes so they are out of my list. However, people have launched multiple complaints against the Integrity Home Warranty to The State of Washington Department of Financial Institutions . Also, it is neither licensed by them, nor registered for conducting business in Washington State.
The designs are practical and current and very inviting. We have dealt with SA Designer Homes on many occasions and have found their work to be of an exceptional standard. Their communication is fantastic and we look forward to dealing with them in the future. As for inclusions, they are all top notch, but you can bring your own, easy. As they send you out to the suppliers, ( no ultra limited 'showroom'), you can easy get off-range stuff. The supplier will give you a ballpark cost, and Format will send you the final figures.
We made a couple of changes during the build which was no problem to do. I would not to hesitate to recommend the team at integrity for all your building needs in Robe. Dean and Felicity built our custom coastal home.
Integrity new homes at robe have been very professional and easy to work with, offering suggestions and support as needed. They pay particular attention to detail and their workmanship is of a high standard obviously taking pride in the work they do. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others. My building inpector is VERY happy bcuz he never has to nit-pick them. The door handles were all installed higher than I specified, so they immediately took them all off and re-installed. Few hiccups, and you have to ring them for updates, and go look yourself, but that's any builder.
